"The technician forgot to hook up the vacuum filter and blew soot throughout the house. It took Detroit City Sweep several days to get someone to come clean up the mess. By the time the cleaners showed up, the soot was in the duct work and spread through out the house. Had to throw away rugs, carpet and anything that was white because it was stained and could not be cleaned. Detroit City Sweep was responsive at first, but slow acting.
