"They waterproofed our basement several years ago. They included a lifetime warranty (not my lifetime, but the lifetime of the structure.) We've had subsequent leaking and getting them to revisit has been a nightmare. They don't return calls, they arrive 3 hours late to an appointment and then when they determined the work needed fell within the warranty, they never called to schedule the follow up appointment. When we called, they booked us for 2/8/2019 between 9am-10am. When they didn't show by 11am, we called. They said that because we don't have a cell phone, they couldn't reach us. (We only provided them a home phone number) and that our appointment was cancelled because of an emergency yesterday. They do not care about our business because we have already paid them over $5,000 and they refuse to follow through with their guarantee."

We never got an estimate of how much the job was going to cost, he fixed our well but charged us triple the price that it should have cost. I should have asked the locals that live here about him. After talking to some of them, they said that's what he does, OVERCHARGE YOU for the job he does. Do your homework before hiring him."

"Their crew was amazing! They repaired several patch areas in my driveway and informed me one of the issues was due to a root from an old tree. They took extra time repairing that particular area and even patched an area that was not on our diagram, but knew it should be repaired. They will return in several weeks to sealcoat. Wonderful company!"

Nice straight lines, beautiful grout job. Michael & his crew kept the site super clean while they were working on it - even brought their own vaccumn! Took the time to listen to us and when we ran out of tile, didn't even complain about having to re-do a couple of runs of tile. Incredibly industrious. On time. Polite. They will be our go-to tilers from now on. Michael also does masonry and we are going to hire them to do some tuckpointing, as well as facing some pillars and a list of items at my In Laws as well. "Tom was simply amazing. I called him due to a leaking shower and was ready to proceed with ripping out the tile, inserting a new pan and retiling. However, Tom suggested we check the plumbing fixtures and he solved the problem by fixing one of the plumbing connections on the spot. Furthermore, he wouldn’t even accept payment in spite of my insistence. Very knowledgeable and credible guy. He’s at the top of my list for any tile or bath related work!"
