"I was pleasantly surprised when the inspector came out a second time to complete job because the current owner had to move his vehicle for access to the attic. The only thing that I thought I would receive, however, didn’t get was what the estimated cost of repairs would be for the defaults. But, I guess each inspection is different. Overall, they provided great service."
