"Project - newly remodeled single story ranch with a bay window, oversized windows and regular windows. Partitioning several sections of interior with sliding panels. Communication was excellent with my assigned rep. He gave suggestions, practical tips, design styles and brand qualities and free samples. Explained the entire process up front. They have excellent varieties, styles, builds and with more color choices than competitors. Shipping was also very quick or prompt. Tracking was excellent. Packaging was extra secure and solid, especially on the longer sized blinds. Installation was simple and can be done by any DIY'er. Helps if you watch the available install videos on their website. Customer service was excellent. Easy to contact by phone or email. Reps are knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. One occasion, no questions asked on needing to replace one of the larger blinds due to workmanship build (a brand product - not their own brand). It was handled quickly and shipped within a few days. Saved thousands of dollars over other vendors (who had less products and choices). I receive a lot of compliments on the blinds (& colors schemes), but get rave reviews on the partitioning sliders."

"My phone call was answered promptly and the woman who answered was kind, helpful, and very professional (sorry, I didn't catch her name)! They were able to squeeze in a visit for an estimate the same day. When Steve got to my house, he put on his shoes covers and went right to work looking in the ducts and the furnace for any signs/ smells indicating a problem. He couldn't find anything. He told me that the ducts looked very clean overall and we didn't even need to get them cleaned at this time. I appreciate his honesty, professionalism, and excellent service. Ductz will be my first call next time we need service!"

"They were very prompt in returning my call and came to the house and provided a quote within 2 days. The work was completed on time as discussed. The windows look great including the uppermost windows which required a 40 foot ladder on a gravel covered hillside to clean. We will utilize their services on an annual basis moving forward. <br />"

"Called several local providers to find someone to clean and disinfect the air ducts as well as all the registers.  Chose Peter's based on recommendations from others.  Peter's explained that they would clean air ducts and all registers.  Peter's arrived to our house late (we were supposedly the first stop of the morning).  They did hook up their machine to clean the ducts, but didn't touch the registers.   I specifically asked if they would all be removed and cleaned and was told yes, however this was not completed.  When I called Peters about this they agreed to reduce the cost by $25, however billed us the full price three times before billing me the correct amount.  When calling to correct the bill i had to leave several messages, most of which were not returned. They also came and gave a estimate on a new central air.  The representative that came was very pleasant and appeared to have a lot of information regarding a new air unit.  However, based on the customer service received with the air ducts we will not be using Peter's. <br />"

"I've used this lab four times in the past 10 years,  for occasiional well water testing of my home.  <br /> Originally used/recommended  by the home inspector (before I bought the house).   They send a reasonably detailed report,  although some comments are a little vague (type of bacteria in the water).   However, they encourage you to call and ask questions, and promptly answer the phone,  and are willing to talk as long as you need.    In my particular case,  they gave advice on how to reduce bacteria count in my water,  using an air-tight well cover, etc.    They also sell some well cleaning kits that are reasonably priced. <br />"
