He and his team built a landing platform of brick at the base of our deck steps, they repaired sunken concrete steps and stone steps. "Friendly, concerned with my requirements and that I was pleased with the results. They went above and beyond and installed corrugated pipe under walkway but it drained into the other side of the walkway into the yard. I called after the job was complete after a weekend rain storm and left a message. I said it didn’t work out and the piping needed to go further but didn’t get a return call. I fully expected to pay for the extra work since it wasn’t part of the original contract. The sidewalk cracked in August but the pad remains intact and looks great and I’ve received multiple compliments. I believe communication was the issue here and not workmanship."

"This was a very involved plaster repair and remediation job, in a very old house. Grady is the only person (or company) who was willing to take on the job and drive all the way from Pennsylvania to our home in Northern Virginia. There are very few people who do this kind of work anymore (we really searched) and he is an expert in his field. We needed to work around his schedule, because he is in demand in the tri-state area, so it took awhile to schedule the work to begin... but it was worth it."
