I had trouble getting in touch with other companies to provide the service and the other bids I had were much higher. The technician called when he was about half an hour away to let me know he would be there soon. He was courteous the whole time he was there. The only downside was that the installation took a long time, but that seems to be because of the dirt under our foundation that was difficult to dig through. They spent all day working on installing the system at no extra charge for the added hours.
