Although they did put some plastic down, it wasn't the most effective in trapping debris as they came in and out with bits of insulation. A drop cloth material would have been a lot better. Tiny fragments of rigid foam insulation don't stick to plastic like they would a drop cloth. When they picked up the plastic a lot of debris came off which they did not clean up. It would've only taken 5-10 minutes with a shopvac but they seemed to be in a hurry to leave. It's the difference between an A+ and A-."

"He is really excellent, and did excellent. He came right out when we called him. He came out with a helper, and they were really nice. The people who built our house for us did not build the structure underneath the house right (Did not treat the wood correctly). We had to get a company out a couple years later to fix that. That company did not do a good job either. I finally called this company to come out and fix this. They came out to enclosed it with some special plastic, and installed a dehumidifier under our home. They also gave us an Acu-Rite instrument, to be able to monitor the temperature/moisture under our house. They had it all set up for us, and it is really nice. He gave us a warranty as well. It is still working fine, and keeps the humidity mold. It has killed off the mold, and we no longer have moisture under there. They gave me a free estimate before they started the job, and the end cost matched the initial estimate. His pricing was very reasonable, and fair. He was also very good at explaining what he was going to do. This was my first time using this company, and would defiantly recommend them to other people. He did work at our son's house as well."

"It went great. Eric was present when the insurance adjuster came to check it out and he worked with her to get us as much money as possible. Insurance only paid for the ceiling water stain removal and attic work, but not for roof replacement because roof problem was not from wind or hail, etc. <br /> The work needed 3 contractors - Roof guys, mold remediator and Painter. We got quotes form 2 other companies, but decided to go with Eric due to several reasons - local business, he himself is the owner; the price, which was better than the other 2 companies; his ability to get the whole job done in 2.5 days during the snowy month of Jan-Feb. The roof guys worked in coordination with the Mold remediator and they finished that part in 1.5 days. The painter came another day and finished the interior work in that day. With the other companies, they were only able to do 1 or 2 of the things and we had to get the painter by ourselves. <br /> The whole team did a great job. They cleaned up the yard completely. <br /> We are still waiting on the paperwork - final receipts, the certificates for insurance purposes, though."
