"Contacted the company through Angie's List and promptly received a telephone call. I had a laundry list of 14 minor home repairs, and the person I spoke with listened to the first six or so and set up an appointment for 10:30 - 11:30 the following Monday. The work was subbed out to another contractor, who arrived around 9:45 a.m. (That was fine with me.) Here's my list and the work performed:
New caulk for bathtub in second bathroom - caulking done around the edge of tub, but not where tub meets floor
New caulk for master bedroom shower and toilet - caulking done around the edge of shower, but not where shower enclosure meets floor
Replace door knob into gargage - completed
Replace door knob into laundry room - completed
Fix weather stripping at bottom of front door - completed
Fix master bedroom closet door - not completed because contractor didn't have planer
Fix light fixture in the hallway - Said completed, but not completed (Light fixture was cleaned but not fixed)
Fix leak in master shower - completed
Fix smoke detector in hallway - completed
Affix dishwasher housing to cabinetry - completed
Fix second bedroom closet door - Said completed, but not completed (he smacked it so it got back on its track, but there's still a problem because the door won't roll smoothly)
Fix freezer door handle - Not completed, but he gave me the number of an appliance repair person he recommended
Rewire vintage lamp - Not completed; he said it wasn't necessary
Fix sliding glass door lock - Said completed, but not completed (I ultimately had the lock replaced by another provider)
The person who performed the work was friendly, competent, and quick. I wish that all of the items on my list had been completed, but am happy with the work that was done.

"The crew was prompt and courteous. Part of the prep work was to move plants around the house and on the deck. The work went well and finished on time. They power washed,  primed, painted, fascias, wood deck supports, walls and, garage door.

"The finished product was better than I expected. It is obvious that this company takes pride in the work that they did. After extensive masking the walls were sprayed on. This was a great rom that included my Living room, dining room, and Kitchen. It was completely finished in one day including trim, base boards, and doors. I highly recommend 4 comers construction. "We reluctantly conclude that dealing with Park Mechanical and Lennox has been an expensive mistake for us. In July 2013 we signed an “investment agreement” with Park to install a new Lennox furnace and air conditioning system in our house, to replace the old system, at a cost of over $10,000. Then we learned that the five-year Lennox warranty would be good only if we paid Park to inspect our system periodically, to certify that it has been “properly maintained.” To accomplish this we were persuaded to join a Park program called the “Shamrock Club,” under which we have been paying Park $99 a year for periodic inspections to certify that the equipment still qualifies for warranty coverage. One such inspection, in January 2016, declared the system to be correct and operational. But in May 2016, when the first hot weather arrived and we turned on the air conditioning, it did not work; there was no cooling. A Park technician found that something called the TXV valve had failed. After several hot days waiting for the replacement part, the valve was replaced and the system worked again. The repair was considered a warranty issue, and we were not charged. Similarly, on March 28, 2017, a Park technician inspected the system, found it to be functioning normally, and declared it to be “on maintenance.” At the beginning of May 2017, however, when the weather turned warm and we turned the system to “Cool,” it failed again. A Park technician found that all the refrigerant had leaked out, and refilled it pending permanent repair of the leak. On May 15 the technician returned and told us we would be charged $238 for the refrigerant and additionally for the labor to fix the leak. This time we learned that the Lennox warranty covers only the parts themselves that fail, and not the labor or the refrigerant needed due to the failure. No leak was found, and we were informed that the next step would be to inject a florescent marker dye into the refrigerant to show the leak – at an additional cost to us of $395. This failure is due to a failure in Park’s workmanship or in the Lennox equipment itself. The cost to fix it should be covered by warranty. Our disappointment with Park also includes Lennox, which offers only minimal warranty coverage for its products. Our experience may indicate why the company has so little confidence in what it sells. Our specific issues are: 1) Having to pay extra for warranty coverage on expensive new Lennox equipment. 2) The warranty does not cover labor and other costs that are likely when warranted equipment fails. 3) Our Lennox system has failed twice in the space of a year. This is not acceptable reliability. 4) Every Park inspection of our system has declared it to be operational and adequately maintained, including those immediately before the two equipment failures."

"Angel installed our sprinkler system and a new wifi timer for it. He keeps it running and repairs the sprinklers as needed. He has done several handyman jobs for us and always does a great job. He’s very knowledgable, efficient, dependable, and trustworthy."

"Guys did a great job as promised.  Took advantage of a $999 special; an additional $300 for extra exterior door painting.  Approximately $1000 in paint necessary but we chose top quality paint in lieu of having Better Choice select paint.  House was power washed and some trim replaced prior to painting.  Some delays due to the high temperatures we experienced that pushed out the job a couple of times.
