"I contacted M and J roofing about a leak. Lous response was quick and after inspecting my roof responded with urgency. I had many roofs installed over the past several years none of which seem to work due to the pitch. The most recent roof I put on was a metal roof, which was the source of many of the problems. After Lou inspected it he told me what needed to be done and after agreeing on the contract he started immediately. They are prompt and professional and both him and his son Nick are two of the kindest human beings I ever met. They told me they'd be here at 8:00 a.m. and they were here before that, they started at 8:00 and we're done by the end of the day. Lou and Nick kept me posted each step of the way and during the removal of the metal roof they showed me what went wrong and explained why it went wrong. In short it was because of companies or people that install roofs that don't care about their work that care about ripping off unsuspecting customers. That is why in closing I will say M and J roofing should be the only and I am stressing only company anybody should want to do any work on their roof."

"Things started well right from the start.  An email was sent to me which provided me with a photo of the salesperson who would be coming so that I would be sure I was dealing with the right people.  The price on the garage door was higher than that provided by other vendors but the quality of the door was higher and the job was going to entail replacing all of the hardware that had been in place.  It made sense since some of the hardware was in-place since 1979 and it was time to go. None of the other vendors were going to do this.
The gutters were installed by a different team - and on a different date - from the garage door team.  Both of them were polite, efficient and prompt.
The only thing I would have wished is that I would have been able to make one call and be able to get information on both projects.  The way DiGiorgi is structured, each area is separate and you need to call each area individually.

"The install team arrived on time and were very professional, polite and worked very well as a team. The roof shingle installation was completed with expert crafthmanship and I am very pleased with the final result!!!"

"A1 did a great job on my new roof and gutters. Clearly defined scope of work, prompt and flexible scheduling, used high-quality shingles with a good warranty. They don't subcontract out their roofing work, which is a big plus. Considerate workers, documented the new roof with photos and videos, and had everything cleaned up by the end of the day. Recommended for a trouble-free roof replacement."

"Casey initially helped us with an ice dam winter 2025. He was the only contractor to respond to numerous calls we made and he did so promptly. He and his coworker resolved the problem and educated us about the issue going forward. It was such a positive experience that we invited him to quote a replacement roof on our 100 year old home. The bid was extremely fair; the work was completed efficiently and with all due care for our property and a beautiful end product. We would absolutely hire Casey and the Pattison team again!"

"Greg and his team went above and beyond on this roofing project, stripped roof, installed underlayment, installed new roof, was on time and cleaned up everything, no problems and the price was right."

"Moises from Storm Mate quickly responded to our roofing and loose flashing issue He was able to make a quick and professional repair at a fair price I would recommend using them in the future"

"Home Genius Exteriors provided my roof replacement January 29. From start to finish they executed a five star experience. They provided samples of available shingle roof options and colors, listed in detail quality roofing elements and provided a complete project manager plan (Thanks Jimmy Holm and AJ). The negotiations for price and value received makes this company stand out as a reputable, honest and provider of exceptional work. They are the real deal."
