"Shawn did a wonderful job remodeling both of my bathrooms. They were total remodels, including new cabinets, toilets, shower, bath tub, paint, base boards, etc. Shawn was on time every day, always kept me informed about how things were going, and is a perfectionist. The new bath rooms are perfect, and everyone who comes over remarks at how great they turned out. I would recommend Shawn to do any remodel project you need done. He is a great guy, honest, and very easy to work with. Thanks Shawn!"

"John and crew did a fantastic job on a total gutting and remodel of our upstairs guest bathroom. 5 huge plusses - 1. many years of experience - they clearly knew what they were doing and did it well; 2. always showed up when they said they would; 3. John and crew stayed on the job until it was done - consecutive work days (a super big deal for us!);- 4. totally cleaned up at the end of each day; and 5. no surprises - clear billing and stayed within budget. The kitchen overhaul in next!"

"Replacing my bathroom counter top, sink, faucet, and updating the plumbing posed a few challenges that required attention to detail. Tim does that. He is very good with status updates. Very professional, efficient, and capable. My project turned out great! Highly recommend and will definitely call him for future projects."

"Joyce sent out Mr. Hanna and his assistant Antonio and they did a wonderful job. They both were " true" professionals in every sense of word. Mr. Hanna was very thorough, meticulous and paid attention to detail. He made sure I was very satisfied with his work and reiterated that with following up with me , showing he truly cares about his craftsmanship. Both were friendly, courteous and I would highly recommend them as installers and Joyce for your bathroom remodeling needs."

"Work was started promptly in early July and accomplished efficiently, until it slowed down and dragged on. Crew was pleasant and capable.   Work was finally completed in mid-November, after dispute over final payment. Major work was well done overall but the finishing up was not as well done. To successfully work with Buccilli Contractor it is essential that the contractor's proposal specify all work to be performed.  I accepted a general kitchen remodel proposal and then had a dispute over $2,000 for installation of backsplash, which I believed to be part of proposal.  Dominic Buccilli is a decent man and we resolved the issue.

"We started out in Dec.2019 looking to enclose a front porch (deck). We ended up remodeling our entire bathroom in July 2020. The salesman (Rick Guido) was outstanding. All the office people worked well with us when the Covid-19 struck. But a HUGE THANK YOU to the installers Dave and his son Bailey. It took them 5 days to do the job. I have never seen a more METICULOUS, ORGANIZED, ATTENTION TO DETAIL pair in my life. I was apprehensive at first because of the scope of the job. But after a couple of hours, I knew I was in good hands, Dave and Bailey. I could list about 100 more positive examples of their work but Joyce Factory Direct should be THANKFUL to have them. The end result was utterly amazing. A new shower + sink. Along with a complete tear out of the bathroom walls. I almost do not want to use them they look too nice to disturb. THX again JFD any future projects you will be the first I will call for a quote... :)"
