"The experience from start to finish was very smooth. Jonathan did the original analysis, which was very thorough and detailed. I knew I had significant heating loss going on, and his audit confirmed just how bad it was. The installation crew took extra care to protect my house. They were also very professional and got the job finished in one day, even though it was scheduled for two. "The project went very well. The crew arrived ahead of schedule and went right to work preparing the area with protective tarps and ground cover. There are many flower gardens around the house and they made sure they were protected. The roof was stripped and all trash was thrown into a trash receptacle. Once the roof was stripped, the crew began reroofing. The entire house was reroofed by mid afternoon. I was very satisfied with the crew and the quality of the work performed. "I called at 10am and they were able to fit me in that morning because they were in the area. Lee cleaned out the fireplace, while Kevin installed caps on the roof over the chimney and furnace vents. Lee removed TWENTY dead birds, nesting materials, and other debris. He said the fireplace is in great shape; Kevin said the chimneys looked good, but warned of a tree that's very close to the vent which can affect draft. They helped me find the on/off valve for the gas (we are new to this house so did not know where it was). Lee left the family room spotless and both he and Kevin were very knowledgeable and professional about everything. I would definitely recommend them for all chimney needs.
