"He’s a slime ball that only cares about the 5star. He will lie skeeze and trick his way into thinking he gave you a 5 star service only to over work his workers and underpay them Grossly after admitting a raise for my hard work. Worked with a “crewleader” that they breathalyzed to see if he was drinking. Or not . No employee handbooks. No professionalism at all but claim to be a huge franchise. He’s a joke and id never expect them to have an actual buisness. Picture attatched was a room before we moved Everything into the corner of another room in an oldfolks hone and asked for it to post as a “full move in” picture to say we set the room up."

"Horrible customer service and the product is only getting worse over time. I have ordered 16 shutters from them over 5 separate orders during the last two years. A recent order late last year came with parts missing and getting replacement parts was a hassle because I had to provide pictures. How do you provide pictures of missing parts? My most recent order arrived without the mounting strips and blocking strips being pre-drilled. I received the screws and screw covers but no holes for them. After multiple back and forth with "Angie" from customer service I was forwarded a poorly spelled response from their supplier stating "usually" they don't pre-drill holes. Usually? All of my other shutters over the last two years were pre-drilled. I was then told it was my fault because this order was a single panel shutter vs all my previous orders being dual shutters and I would have to pay to get replacement strips with pre-drilled holes in them. What does a single vs a dual shutter have to do with whether or not holes are drilled in hanging and blocking strips?"
