"In one visit, Dave completed my "to do" list of small fixes around the house (about 13 tasks - from remounting wire grid (holding up jasmine) on my wood fence that had fallen off, secured shower handle , resolved several caulking issues , revamped a couple of electrical plugs, replaced weatherstripping on kitchen door and added all new baseboards in garage (moving washer/dryer) to something as simple as removing both bathroom fans so I could clean and then re-positioned them (thin mounting wires very difficult to manage in such tight space in ceiling box!) "I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

Might Be Helpful explained how the canopy could be re-installed and made stronger, even showing me the hardware to be used. I am a rather exacting customer but Might Be Helpful got the canopy up and it looks great--just like I wanted. A bit of re-painting was done; the job site was left neat and clean; and a dried-up can of paint was disposed of for me which I quite appreciated."

"Martin and his team had split my upstairs loft (too much space we weren't using) and placed walls, a door, moved my current ceiling fan, installed a new ceiling fan, trim and paint and everything was absolutely amazing. We did speak with another potential contractor but we were won over by Martin's professionalism. Martin had excellent communication that my husband and I both appreciated. Any time he needed to stop by or wanted to do a quick touch up he also let us know ahead of time. He consulted us with any minor change or adjustment and OH MY LORD the paint matching!!!! I was a little nervous that the color match for the outer wall wouldn't match the rest of the house but you literally cant event tell that the wall was built separately. last, they were all very courteous of our space, laying down plastic and replacing it if torn to make sure our hardwoods and carpet were protected. We definitely plan to keep his contact for any other renovations we have :)"
