"We had some sheet rock water damage in our master closet which we traced to the roof vent for our Range hood. We called Ridge Roofing and had an appointment set up in a couple of days, Due to some weather damage Ridge Roofing was swamped on the appointed day, however we were notified promptly and were rescheduled for the next day, I am very happy that we were kept up to date and understand completely how things can get jammed up. Dustin Lee showed up the following day on time and after looking at our vent determined that the vent itself and the connection to the roof sheathing and the surrounding shingles were in good order and that the only thing that needed to be done was to remove and replace the tape that connects the duct to the vent. I am extremely happy with the results and Dustin refused any payment for his time. We will definitely be relying on Dustin and Ridge Roofing for any future roofing requirements."

The estimate was very high, which was OK if a follow up site visit would result in a more accurate estimate based on measurements. I provided pictures of the house as requested. Got a revised, slightly lower estimate, still very high. Finally got them to set up an appointment but once they found out I had another painter also coming to provide an estimate they said they weren't coming out to measure but would do the job at the significantly higher price already provided."

Im having him come back to build a roof on the top of deck and other things because they do some many things.
