As I aged and sought to relocate to the mountains, I decided to divest my contracts with banks, car dealerships, lawyers' offices, and medical offices, opting instead to focus on cleaning homes and smaller businesses, which I found more personable. My expertise in managing large buildings was exemplified by my successful cleaning of a 66,000 ft.² newspaper plant independently. To maintain efficiency, I concentrate on one square foot at a time, avoiding feelings of overwhelm. I retained this contract for 11 years until the company's sale. Furthermore, I specialize in pressure washing, painting, staining, and junk removal. For outstanding service at reasonable rates, I am the preferred choice.
