"We are having issues with the permit. I am getting passed from permits and contracts within Fence Authority, neither of which have the authority to assist me. No one in management will step up to help me get this matter resolved. It is a paper issue on their part. This has become very difficult and they have not been easy to work with. I need to speak to a decision maker with authority and am unable to get their attention to speak to them."
