They tried to hide nail holes on our trim with a dark putty but left them as big globs. The foreman of both crews never did show up at our home. He was working with a crew at an apartment house two blocks from us. This apartment house was owned by an attorney here in town. Tim came and listened and looked at our concerns but when they tried to fix everything it was still a disappointment to us!! I would never recommend them to anyone. We bought news doors from them, also. He replaced the patio door with a smaller door so now the wheel chair will not fit through the door. We had to rent a nail detector to find all the nails all around the house. We are still finding them two years later!"
