The roof needed a full replacement, including all new plywood since the existing wood was completely worn out, and everything was handled thoroughly and professionally. He also rebuilt our deck from the ground up using Trex decking because the base of the previous wood deck had rotted out. The transformation is incredible. "Used this company years ago and they came now as a result of an Angies List $49 deal for a roof assessment with pictures and minor repairs.  The review was comprehensive but I'm thinking it was what they would do for any prospective customer who requests an estimate.  Not sure there was a benefit to purchasing the Angies List deal.  I also think that the representative was overselling with a recommendation for a roof rebuild and some other services that a mason and other roofing contractors said I did not need.  The estimate they provided was just for the roof replacement.  All that said, I still think it is a good company and will probably end up choosing them.  They did systematic follow-ups to see if I had any questions, etc. until I told them I'd contact them when I was ready.

They sent a subcontractor to install some vinyl laminate in my bathroom and he ended up getting glue all over the carpet in our bedroom. The sub ended up ghosting both me and Sentri, leaving me stuck with a ruined carpet. Sentri stuck with me for over a month to get the carpet replaced with the identical original and to get the vinyl job 100% completed. The carpet was a Home Depot exclusive and Sentri handled everything with them.
