"Nick is very explanatory he explained the clog condition very clearly we got clog removed and Hydro drain two lines."

"I called five different companies and know one shows up . and I call Adrian, and he shows up at 11 pm and clear drain clogged or blockage without extra charge. this guy is meticulous and super fast. am glad you came through for me Adrian, thanks again."

"Excellent plumbing service! The plumber cleared our clogged sewer line and replaced the toilet. The work was completed efficiently and professionally. Everything works great, and we are very satisfied with the service. I highly recommend this company!"

"When I called on a Sunday to describe my problem I asked directly "How much will it cost to clear the drain?" I was told $139 today or $49 tomorrow. I thought $49 was a phenomenal deal so I said sure, come on out on Tuesday. I guess I should have asked what their Tuesday rate was because when the tech showed up on Tuesday he said it would be $175! Apparently the $49 was just to come to my house. I guess we should have just told him to leave because either I was lied to over the phone or we were gauged. Had I known what they really charged, I would have shopped around. This is a mistake I won't make again. This is a shame because in all other aspects Service One seemed like a good company. Too bad their deceptive pricing had to ruin a good thing."

"Explained to me that drain was bathtub leaking."

"Mr. Rooter of St. Augustine is punctual and fast. He found the problem right away, fixed it. The price was reasonable. He pulled the carpet and followed the trail of moisture to the sink, turned on the faucet and knew exactly that it was a slow leaking drain basket in the kitchen. When I called he was here within 30 min."
