During the planning stage of phase 1 of our project, Elliot patiently listened to our desires and made sure to explain all possible options and limitations that could be encountered. We were extremely lucky and grateful to have Elliot personally oversee the project. He is a ‘hands-on” owner working side-by-side with his craftsmen who were also courteous, caring, and hardworking. It took several months and interviews with potential stamped concrete contractors in our own area, Louisiana, before we decided to hire Decorative Concrete Designs, Inc. of Mississippi. While this was not the cheapest company pricewise, we made the right decision as the end results far exceeded expectations making the cost well worth it. "I called Mr. Pritchard, because I had just successfully hired a full time employee for my family business who is to start next week. Due to the recent expansion of my small business, I needed to do some very quick rearrangements to my current office situation. Part of that being the painting of the walls in two of my office’s rooms. I called Mr. Pritchard and explained what I needed to have done and the short time frame that I was working with. He explained that he already had something at the first of next week, but that he didn’t want to leave me in a bind. He said that he could come in Saturday morning (the next day) with a couple of guys and could get it knocked out for me in no time. He and his crew showed up the next morning as expected and got right to work. They knocked it out in just a few hours and cleaned up as if no one had even been there (in fact, I think he left the flooring cleaner than when he arrived). He and his team even offered to move the furniture back in the room for me and rearrange what I needed. But, I had to unfortunately decline, as I still had some figuring out on that front. I’ll tell you, he really did save me and I really can’t thank him enough. It is refreshing working with someone that operates with such professionalism in all his actions. I will definitely hire him again."

"A storm caused a tree to fall on my back deck. The deck was in need of a complete rebuild. Chris was very easy to work with. He came to my home to assess the damage the day after my call which allowed me to submit my insurance claim quickly. He began work on my deck as soon as the claim was approved. Chris is the picture of professionalism. He was punctual. He worked a full 8 plus hour day and completed my porch under his deadline. He found a safety issue related to the old deck and corrected it at no additional charge. He went above and beyond and helped me to clean up my back yard and my gutters.
