"Dirk was prompt for the estimate appointment and very thorough in his assessment of the insulation in the attic.  They were able to schedule around an HVAC rebuild, splitting the removal and replacement across two days in a single week.  The estimate was reasonable and a date was agreed upon to start.  The crew was right on time and very professional.  Work was completed on time with complete cleanup afterward.  Provided detailed pictures of skylight tunnel and structure showing relationship of as-built attachment and suggested a means of effecting a repair and sealing.  Agreed to the plan and it was done promptly and well with pictures provided via email showing the completed work.  Inspection showed the pictures to be complete and the work to be done as expected and done quite well.  Cost was relayed, found acceptable, and agreed upon, certainly hadn't expected them to do the work for nothing.  After the HVAC work was completed they were back the next day and completed the job on time again and again cleaned up as if they'd not been there.  Both attic stairs were installed well but it was difficult given the existing oversize framing, both stairs function well, are the right length, and are square and flush with the ceiling needing only to replace the trim with a wider profile as the door in the Werner AH1025 stairs is narrower than the contractor stairs they replaced.  Original trim was reinstalled well, not an easy task as getting 25 yr old trim off without breaking it isn't easy and we agreed this was likely.  All in all a very competent job with more than satisfactory results."
