"Brad was a true professional. After his diagnosis of the issues, he clearly laid out his plan and what needed to be done to install our new outlets. He provided price options for other improvements we could make. During the project, he had to fish through our fireplace and walls, and did so very carefully. For the holes needed for the fishing, he patched up perfectly. We now have an outlet on our stone fireplace (for a mounted tv) and another for gaming consoles and other peripherals. Before leaving, he provided a list of other services and home improvements to keep in mind, which was great since we just moved in to a new home a couple weeks ago. He also inspected an outlet I was having issue with. This original work was done on 5/27/2016. Unfortunately, when the cold weather came and I turned on my electric heat, it didn't work. I called John and he quickly made an appointment for one of his electricians to come out and check the heat on 11/14/2016. Adam and another gentlemen came out and assessed the issue and was able to get the heat back on as the heat was hooked up to another area in the attic of the house, Adam was also able to trace the outlet I had issue with, put a blank cover on the outlet and ensured the wiring was tied off and not an issue. They took there time and found out the issue and corrected it quickly. They also didn't charge me for the second visit. Honest and professional. Do not hesitate to contact John and his guys!"

There were some edge ceiling tiles that needed to be removed to reach the power line and Bill did very clean work with the removal and disposal. Bill showed cross sections of the older range power line and the new line installed, describing the differences in insulation and safety features of the newer line. Bill went above and beyond by detecting the wrong cord on the new range, and replaced this with the proper range gauge power cord. Bill also helped us to correctly position and level the new range appliance. I would recommend Bill and Gambino Electric for any similar household wiring job where safety and quality of work are a priority."
