"Dani was able to fit me in and came in the evening. Let me know when he was coming. He confirmed that the refrigerator was not worth repairing. Whole diagnostic took under 15 minutes. Paid for his time and felt he was very thorough and professional. Will use their services in the future."

"This pro provided useful information via a virtual (online) video consultation. Since this service does not send technicians to the home, they did not do the actual work. I am considering whether to order parts and try to complete the repair myself or under their virtual direction."

"Excellent job n my dishwasher. Diagnosed the problem and came to the conclusion that we were better off replacing. Also repaired my stove ignitor while here!"

"They were positive about the repair-apparently not only was my stove unusual-but 36 yrs+ in age! Although the burner was a universal part -it was NO longer readily available-they obtained it and installed it quickly-within a day or two-really impressed-not cheap but surely they got the job done..kudos to them!"

"My dryer was making very loud noises and was shaking the whole house. Steve came and repaired it and did an excellent job. Simply put, Steve deserves every one of his 5 star reviews, he's honest, on time, neat, and one of the few appliance guy's who tells you exactly like it is. He was very clear up front that it would be ~$200 if it was simple and more if more complicated and that's exactly how it was. Steve is honest and won't waste your time or your money"
