"They did a great job of securing our sagging carport with new support beams. They freshly painted the underside and trim of the carport to exact colors we wanted. Our window was an odd size, but they made it fit with wood trim and it looks great!, Our garage roof looks brand new with new paint. They were friendly to work with. "Jim came out looked at our cracked patio and gave me a quote on the spot.  I thought the quote was fair, so we scheduled the work for the following Monday.  The job turned out to be bigger than either of us thought.  The concrete in the patio was thicker than in most patios, so they had to go rent a jack hammer.  They had the patio section replaced in one day.  By the time they had the rubble moved to the front of the house, it was too late to have it picked up.  There was a pile of broken concrete in the driveway for two days, but Jim had communicated this to me, so it was OK.  The only thing that I was disappointed about was that they did not clean  up the concrete dust on the back patio.  I just had to sweep and hose it down, but I thought they would have cleaned up better.  I felt that Jim was honest and did the job he had promised to do.  The patio looks very good. <br /> I gave them a "C" for responsiveness because it took him a couple days to respond to the initial message I had left for him and usually took a day or so to get returned calls.  This is understandable because he is usually out working jobs. <br />"

"Roger came out and gave us an estimate on all the work. My husband had some questions, so Roger came back on a Saturday to answer those questions. My husband was very impressed with Roger. He explained everything he was going to do, how long it would take and the price. We got two other estimates and Roger's was by far the most reasonable. He sent a crew to do all the work. The foreman, Edwin, was so very nice and very, very, hard workers. They were here first thing in the morning and stayed till dark. Edwin made sure that the colors were just what I wanted before applying them. They cleaned everything up before leaving. The patio looks AMAZING and we love the front porch. I would highly recommend this company for future jobs...we couldn't be happier! <br />"

"Contractor was very patient with my wife and I. No pressure! He took the time to go over different designs and to answer all of our questions. We had a LOT of questions. <br /> Work started when he said that it would start and was completed when he said that it would be completed. This included gutting the old kitchen, replacing it with our choice of design, and total clean-up. Everything is custom-built out of real hard wood. This guy didn't "install" cabinets that he purchased at Home Depot; he built them from scratch. <br /> He is a polite man and this politeness transfers to his workers. From his actions, we know that he was aware that he was a guest in our home and not just on some "job site"."

"It went very well. The entire job took 3 days (one day to remove old carpet, grind off adhesive, power wash concrete slab, apply thin coating of acrylic/concrete mixture, and stamp the texture of stone. Second day, the design of the stone was marked out and the joints between the "stones" was ground down to resemble a grouted joint. Then the base color was applied. The third day, the other colors were applied, and 2 coats of polyurethane (I'm guessing) were applied to seal."
