"The 1st crew that showed up was supposed to dig the holes for the anchors and shoot the anchors from the house out into our yard.  After 6+ hrs of digging with shovels and post hole diggers, they gave up and said they would have to leave it for the next crew because of rocks and the tree in our yard.  So for 3 days we had massive holes in our yard.  The next crew were scheduled to start on Monday but we were never given a time.  At 9 I called to see when they were coming. I was told between 11 and 11:30.  At 2, I called back to see why they STILL weren't there.  They finally arrived at 2:45.  Tuesday they were supposed to be there by l2:30, but at 2 they called and said, sorry we aren't coming.  Finally, on Wednesday, they showed up when they said they were going to and actually put in a full days work.  Thursday, 2 guys came back to finish the final touches.  Friday, they came around 5 to put in the jacks because they needed the blocks to cure.
As for the work, when they finally decided to work, they worked hard and efficiently.  They cleaned up after themselves, reseeded my yard and made sure everything was how we expected it.  The new walls are great.  The new sump pump seems to be working great and the jacks are much more sturdy than our previous supports.

"A couple of weeks ago we had a flood in our basement. The sump pump stopped working. We went on Home Advisor and requested an estimate. First we got an estimate which cost $80.00. The estimate was also very high. Wilson came and gave us a free estimate and the estimate was $800.00 lower. Charlie was very friendly and worked very quickly. He also fixed a leak under our sink. I have given out their name to other people and they are calling Wilson Mechanical Services the next time including my family."

"Josh was great. He replace the mast where the electricity comes in our our house (big job), turned all the florescent lights in our basement to LED lights and replaced some of our receptacles. He was pleasant to have around ( that means a lot to me) and did great work. I recommend him 100%."

"Overall, it went well, but the price ended up being a lot more than what I expected. But I can see why; they had to get inside of walls and between floors. The clog could not be repaired using the normal methods so we decided to just replace the drain line with PVC. The line that was replaced was almost 60 years old, but I think it was high quality galvanized pipe. But according to my research, even galvanized can rust after that much time. While they were here, they replaced the upstairs bathroom sink, which was also about 60 years old, and did so for a cost lower than what the average additional cost is for replacing a sink. These people always showed up when expected and cleaned up after themselves well. Despite the cost, I think they did well. The problems were fixed and it took 2 days of work. We think that while they were moving a large cabinet in the downstairs bathroom, a light switch on our bathroom wall got damaged. The plate got cracked and switch goes up and down much more easily than it used to (no tension on it). I'll try to fix this myself; Adkins does not know about this. I'm dabbling in learning how to do some of these kind of jobs. All problems we had were fixed; it's just the job turned out to be bigger than expected.. That happens."
