"We selected JB Electric from Angie's List, and requested installation of one electrical outlet in the middle of our living room floor. We were given a date and time that was reasonable, and they met that date and time. When they (Derek and Brandon) arrived, we asked them to install two outlets instead of one. We also asked that they look at a light switch which was not working properly. They indicated they could do the additional work with no problem. <br /> Derek and Brandon were polite, professional, and pleasant. They were meticulous in their work and it was excellent. They positioned the outlets so that they lined up perfectly with the grain of the hardwood. The holes they cut were precise, and the finished installation is great. They cleaned up their work space when finished. <br /> This was the ultimate good repair experience. <br /> Well done! <br />"

"They are honest about things that needed to be done, that he could or could not do. He has a lot going on and so he has to work on bigger project first but that is common. Sometimes if he do not have a big job you cannot really expect to get quick service, that kind of goes for a lot of people. "The first unit was delivered in a timely manner. However, the carrier did not adhere to the shippers warnings about product fragility and the unit was received in a damaged state. The unit was sent back to Classic Copperworks for repair.  The repair was treated as a priority by Mr. Threadgill, who had the unit shipped back to me in three weeks. It arrived in good condition that time. <br /> Mr Threadgill was very helpful in providing support in order to finish our project. He even had a caulking product sent to us in order to help with flashing the unit. That meant alot. <br /> I am not a professional contractor, but was able to install the unit myself with his support. However, my profession does provide me the opportunity to serve the public and as such, I feel that I am more than qualified in commenting on good service. While Classic Copperworks may not be the cheapest provider of goods and services, they stand behind their product and provide great support. It requiress a "leap of faith" to order an expensive unit from an out-of-state provider with no prior mutual history, but I can attest to my complete satisfaction. <br /> WRS <br /> <br />"
