He has not held up his end of the bargain and quite frankly i think he took advantage of my elder mom and crippled father. He fell short on nearly everything- he hasn?t come back to rectify any of the problems that were brought to his attention and at this time nearly everyone in my house hold is walking in the kitchen with shoes and slippers because the tiles he layed down are cracked and the grout didn?t last more than a month !! He has lied on several occasions and said someone would be here. I have went to his office on multiple occasions as i work across the street. His son told me someone would be back in a month to rectify. Nothing is more disappointing than putting your savings or hard earned money towards something faulty.
