"Alpha Home Services was such a big help! I had a water leak incident that damaged the floor and ceiling of my home and Alpha Home Services was able to come quickly and open the ceiling and take out the dry wall. The first day they came they laid out all the plastic and closed off the damaged area and took out the dry wall to let air dry the foundation of the home. The next day they let it dry and came to check and spray to ensure there would be no mold. After they came again to install new dry wall and paint. They also were able to give me an estimate for all the damages and talk to my insurance company for the claim. I was able to get my claim and my home repaired in no time. Thank you again!"

"I've waited over a year to make this review to be sure that the workmanship and materials have stood some time. They have. Water Shield replaced our 19-year-old roof and sealed two leaks in the process. Our new roof has remained tight and waterproof during high winds and hard rains. Tony added a new and large flashing piece over our bay window shingles where they meet brickwork. It appeared to be a far better solution to water leakage than the previous "stair-step" design originally installed when our house was new. However, it was not in keeping with the designs in our HOA-controlled neighborhood and we didn't like its appearance. Tony reinstalled a new flashing piece at no cost using the original "stair-step" design with a warning that "You are not going to like this." We agree with Tony and are keeping an eye on that flashing for possible leaks."

"Presidential Exteriors installed 6 windows on our sunroom/office yesterday. Everything went smoothly and we can already feel the protection from the sunâ s heat. The windows are not hot as our previous ones would get, they open and close smoothly, and no extra work was needed. Everything was as expected. A sunroom should be sunny, not baking from hot windows. Unlike one of their competitors (who we previously did business with) but visited us with a high-pressure sales pitch, Ayden Redmond from Presidential stopped by to discuss options for our windows. We had no intention of signing a contract during that visit, but Ayden provided us with an option to do our desperately needed sunroom/office windows first at the pro-rated price as if we were having them all done. Then, if we were happy, we could keep that same lower price for the rest of the windows. Since our sunroom/office had very cheap windows that leaked and didnâ t open and close very well, we took him up on his offer. His offer was more than 10% below his competitorâ s lowest quote to us with the similar type of product and life-time warranty. I had windows installed with their competitor in a previous house, so I knew their products and warranty was good, and the installation was good, but they didnâ t seem to be interested in what we needed and the prices seemed high, especially for a returning customer. During Aydenâ s visit, he gave us time to check the detailed online reviews of Presidential and their competitor(s) (beyond folks that didnâ t like sales pitches) and we were impressed with Presidential. So, we went ahead with the contract. No surprises, no delays, no missing parts, just a smooth and high-quality installation. Mr. Kim did an amazing job orchestrating and doing the install of the 6 windows and paying attention to the smallest details. He left the inside and outside with no trace of their visit other than the beautiful new windows. Follow up visits by a manager and then a QA team finished the day. The experience and price was good enough to arrange for the installation of the rest of the windows. We even got 12 month no-interest financing which their competitor refused to offer. Presidential Exteriors is willing to work with you to meet your needs and they seem to take pride in that. Windows and exterior work is not inexpensive and I am sure there are less expensive options. But I want the work to last and few companies provide a lifetime warranty on their products. Ask for Ayden Redmond as your sales rep and Mr. Kim as your installer. You wonâ t go wrong."
