"We had been having water pressure issues since moving back in to the house last summer.  At the initial inspection, the technician found that the water valve was not quite all the way open.  When the valve was opened completely, the pressure was a little better but still fluctuated and had entirely too much pressure in the lines.  At that point we decided, with the age of all plumbing concerned, to replace the pressure valve and update the shut-off.  Over the last 10 years Pierpoint has become my "go to" for all things around the home that involves major repairs.  As always, they were extremely prompt and professional!!
