"Pedro was really great to work with from start to finish. We were in the process of buying a new home that had 2 improperly installed bathroom fans causing moisture buildup in the attic. He was easy to get in touch with and schedule an appointment, showed up when he said he would, and provided an estimate within 2 days. He was also able to complete the job before we moved in, which we really appreciated. The quality of work was good, and they kept the work area tidy throughout. I would absolutely recommend Pedro and his team."

"Monique, Eduardo and their team were amazing to work with. I would recommend them to anyone. They did an incredible job on my house renovation. Everything was organized efficiently making it easy and hassle-free. They took care of it all: plumbing, electrical, painting, floor sanding and finishing, carpentry, guttering repairs, etc. The project was on budget and on schedule. The whole team were professional, courteous and punctual. They went above and beyond to make a 160 year old house look beautiful."

"Derek was quick to respond and jump on remodeling our bathroom before officially moving in. As project continued he kept us up to date and pointed out issues with existing structure around floor and window. Within few months the bathroom remodel was complete. Bathroom is beautiful and James did great work on tile/shower area."

"When we decided to paint our 16-year-old house we could not be happier with our decision to go with Real Painting & home-improvement. Carlos (the owner) and his team were the best contractors we’ve ever dealt with. They started by painting a few rooms & ceilings on the interior And then moved on to paint the entire exterior. The interior came out beautiful. They moved furniture, filled holes , took down and replaced curtains. The line from wall to ceiling and ceiling from baseboard is sharp and clean. On the exterior they power washed the whole house the first day. Next they came to replace whatever rotted trim we had. After that onto the painting and what a fantastic job they did. Communication —Carlos was in touch every day to check-in on progress and every day our house was left spotless. Price, Quality and Attention to detail these guys have it all !"

"Aside from the plumber in the complete house renovation it went very well; Plumber delayed project by a month; He will not be rehired"

"Tri was great, I had a terrible, old bathroom with a layout that made no sense. Tri had lots of good ideas and he helped me source different materials. He listened to my needs and he even figured out how to install my super specific bidet toilet. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom, and every morning I'm so glad that I did this renovation. There were hiccups, of course, but what construction project doesn't have that? I am surprised to see the previous review from fall of 2019- that is when Tri was doing my project as well. I wanted to wait a 6-12 months before reviewing to see how the work has held up. So far, so good. But I didn't have ANY of the issues from the previous reviewer. Tri was very professional, all of his contractors were as well, and I never had issues with any of them in my home (I do have security cameras throughout). He did explain any material costs or any changes to me, and I was able to provide my own materials at any time. The only one that I will agree with is that the subcontractor may not have been as skilled- my tile floor was not laid properly at first. When I pointed it out, Tri pulled it all up and redid the work, and I'm glad that he insisted on starting over and doing it properly. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and I would hire Tri again."

"Had the Collazo crew come out to custom make and install shelving in a tight space in my bathroom. It came out better then I could have imagined. They really outside themselves. Definitely will be calling them back for my next project."

"I was very pleased with the team. The owner Rich met with me and the insurance appraiser which helped a lot. The team was very respectful, easy to work with, pleasant, on time and was here every time they said they would be here. They advised me on paint colors, were attentive to detail, did little extras to assist and did a nice job on clean up after the renovations. They kept to their appraisal budget, were timely with the work, got the job done in a reasonable time frame which was very important to me. It was a pleasure working with them. I am considering hiring them to do a bathroom remodel at the appropriate time"

"I say bathroom remodels in the description slot because Chris has done all three bathrooms in our condo. We loved working with Chris. Not only is he very talented and his work top notch, he is also a great communicator offering excellent suggestions when talking about design. He understood the look we were after and definitely delivered beyond our expectations. We were amazed at how efficient he and his assistant were too. These bathrooms were totally remodeled with lots of tile work on top of everything else. Each one was finished within a week. They were very considerate of their environment too, always cleaning up after themselves before they left for the day. I highly recommend Chris for any project you might have in your home. Offering fair pricing, he is a master at his craft with a refreshing honesty and can do attitude. That’s a winning combination!"

"In addition to the kitchen, they also remodeled our bathroom. Marco was sensitive to the fact that we only had one bathroom and made sure we were out the facilities for the minimum time possible. Our bathroom remodel was completed with lightning speed which we really appreciated! The kitchen remodel was also speedy. They worked with our requirements for smaller than usual appliances, finding, and even building, cabinets to fit our small kitchen space. Everyone who worked on our projects were very professional, wearing masks and keeping windows open even in the winter months. We're very happy with our new kitchen and bathroom!"
