He worked with us to pick the right materials for our needs and when we changed our mind about exactly where to run the fence, he was out to do a second estimate without hesitation. The quality of the work is top notch. The panels flow so well over the rough ground that you'd hardly notice where the panels slope and where they are level unless you were looking for it, and regardless it just looks good. The job to install over 200 feet of fence was done in a single day for a fair price and we are so pleased with the results. As a side note, a freak wind storm knocked an entire tree through one of our panels just a week after installation and Elcio had one of his guys out a few days later to do the repair. You will not regret choosing E&D."

"I met first with Scott to explain what I wanted and to get estimates. Then Jim, the master deck maker, took over the actual work. I found both men to be professional, easy to talk with, good listeners, and flexible with my unique situation. I love that Jim doesn't jump between multiple jobs but starts and finishes one job at a time, so I'm not left with something half done wondering when he'll be back. Jim is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work, and rightly so. Really, he IS a perfectionist. Jim went the extra mile for us when we really wanted cable railings but had a limited budget. He found a rail system we could afford. When it turned out that the hardware was very fussy and time-consuming to install he kept at it until it was right while keeping to the budget. We asked for a gate with ballusters instead of cable railing to save a little money. But Jim found a way to do it with the cables, knowing the gate would not otherwise look right. Our perfectionist was so right about that; and the collars at the bottom of the posts and the mitered corners of the stairs, and hand selection of the individual boards, and the railings, and the copper flashing, all add up to a deck built with care and pride, by Jim and by his loyal crew. They also completely removed the old fencing and debris. They did this while having to put up with my difficult neighbors who were present during the installation. "The company was excellent- arrived promptly with a large number of men for initial preparation of the areas to make sure that set up was accomplished promptly and safely. Then 2-3 consistent painters came each day to finish the job - timely. This is the third job that the company has done for me. Wide range of things including cabinet refinishing and painting, floor refinishing in kitchen, repair grouting in step in shower, deck repair. They seem to have a large enough company so that have all sorts of specialists in their employ so there isn't necessity to hunt for another company to do part of the work. I didn't check other prices because they have proven so good over the years."
