"Pedro and his team were excellent. They were professional and timely, hard-working and meticulous, and trustworthy. Best of all (at least for me), is that Pedro is VERY responsive and his team is assigned to get your job done and done correctly. They show up on time every day, and were willing to work late into the evening to hit the project milestones. Pedro was 100% clear about the costs, and he made sure I fully understood the areas where the costs were not known or where the costs could possibly change. For example, he said, "If you open up this wall, I'm not sure what we are going to find." I told him to proceed and his team opened up that wall and found that the previous contractor had installed literally zero insulation. Pedro met with me, reviewed what his team had found, went over all of our options, gave me his recommendation, and only proceeded when I completely approved the additional work that would be done and the additional cost entailed. Pedro is a true partner and his team does great work. I cannot recommend them enough. My wife and I have already booked them for another job renovating a first floor porch and creating a roof over the open-air second floor porch."

"When we started our plan of remodeling, the first thing we did was the complete roof replacement including kitchen vent & duct pipe installation to the roof, and new installation of attic ventilation. MMP did not only completed it just as agreed but also very efficiently. The crews were friendly, professional, and careful. The jobs were carefully managed and implemented effectively. I was impressed by Matt, who is the manager, and he does an outstanding job in managing the crews and the progress of the situation, and the communication was clear and always to the point. We then moved to initiate a search for a contractor of two bathrooms remodeling after completing the roof and attic vent, MMP was one of the many candidates. Matt has had not only the best idea and proposals but also shown an impressive & professional sense of evaluating the project accurately, including the possible structural modification as well as a competitive estimate of the cost of the build. His proposal included a rebuild of a wall of the bathroom to expand another one adjacent to it. Matt accepted to use my schematic design image (made with a software tool) and a spreadsheet list of the fixtures that I created - as many as fifty items including TOTO, Grohe, American Standard, Panasonic, and IKEA - to start the job (later changed some of them due to local plumbing code compliance) After beginning the bathroom remodel project, Matt shared what jobs will be done with us timely and efficiently via text so that we feel comfortable enough in knowing what is going on while living in the house of dust & noise from remodeling. The crews, Zen and Mark, were very courteous, extensively experienced, reliable, and friendly with excellent communication, sometimes with songs of 80s rock music. They ask me when more precise specifications are needed and notified me when they feel advance notifications are required. When a change is necessary due to inspection, they informed me and clarified what and why. I have never felt uncomfortable in living together with the remodel job which has lasted over four months. The completed two bathrooms were stunning, just as I imagined. Matt, Zen, and Mark have proved their strong & thoughtful expertise and lived up with my request patiently until completion. Great job. "Carlos and his crew showed up as we planned. They completed all tasks professionally in about three weeks. The lead person working on carpentry was skillful and accommodating. One important thing we noticed was that at the end of each day, they cleaned the area so we did not feel any messiness. We found Carlos to be a knowledgeable person on the remodeling, in general, and on few occasions made informed suggestions to help us make decisions. Overall, my wife and I found Carlos and his crew to be professional, skillful, pleasant and honest. Regarding the cost, the estimate we got from Carlos was competitive, but a bit on the higher side. However, we decided to work with him because of the reviews we read and we believe that we made the right decision."

"Tri was great, I had a terrible, old bathroom with a layout that made no sense. Tri had lots of good ideas and he helped me source different materials. He listened to my needs and he even figured out how to install my super specific bidet toilet. I absolutely LOVE my new bathroom, and every morning I'm so glad that I did this renovation. There were hiccups, of course, but what construction project doesn't have that? I am surprised to see the previous review from fall of 2019- that is when Tri was doing my project as well. I wanted to wait a 6-12 months before reviewing to see how the work has held up. So far, so good. But I didn't have ANY of the issues from the previous reviewer. Tri was very professional, all of his contractors were as well, and I never had issues with any of them in my home (I do have security cameras throughout). He did explain any material costs or any changes to me, and I was able to provide my own materials at any time. The only one that I will agree with is that the subcontractor may not have been as skilled- my tile floor was not laid properly at first. When I pointed it out, Tri pulled it all up and redid the work, and I'm glad that he insisted on starting over and doing it properly. Overall, I was very pleased with the work and I would hire Tri again."

"Rich's approach on engaging our project is how a general contractor should function in the 21st century. Total price transparency, line item granularity, timeliness and honesty about possible complications. We wanted to remodel our kitchen and as part of that we needed a wall to be partially removed and plastered, leaving enough height for a countertop. Rich stopped by, evaluated our intention, provided honest feedback on possible complications, suggested ways to save money and then sent us a very detailed quote for each component of the work. This enabled us to pick and choose exactly what we wanted to get done at the price point that we had budgeted for. During the work, some parts turned out to be more complicated than initially estimated, however Rich was generous enough to just take care of it and even throw in an in-wall shelf removal and plastering. The quality of work was outstanding, as well as the timing of scheduling and arrival. He even offered to leave the bagster bag for longer in case we had extra debris from our project once his work was done. All in all, we were left with a great impression of the work done and would not hesitate to contact him again for any future work."
