"Called because of issues with slow draining and gurgling toilets the came and pumped, shortly after there was water backing up into my crawl space. When I called back and asked of they had checked the lines for blockage they told me to get a plumber (they had not checked for blockage as they should have, which was confirmed by plumber). When I called back to tell them what had been said the girl got really rude and said they would have to pump again and that they would charge again. Taking no responsibility for the fact they didn't do the job properly the first time. Absolute waste of money. Don't recommend they'll mess your stuff up so you have to pay them to fix it."

"Perfectly. Marzano Plumbing & Heating are consummate professionals. The office staff were courteous and efficient. They listened to a detailed description of our issue, and promised to call back quickly with some available times to schedule the work. We received a very prompt call-back exactly as promised, a bit later the very same day. Even though our job was not an emergency, it was scheduled on the very next morning after I returned the scheduling call. The plumber arrived promptly, and was clearly very knowledgeable about all aspects of the trade. He took the time to thoroughly answer all our questions not only about the current job, but also about some additional jobs we'd like to have done in the future. Great care was taken to protect our floors and other bathroom fixtures fixtures against damage as our toilet was removed, the closet seal inspected, found to be faulty and replaced. Steps were taken to ensure that deficiencies in the original installation by a previous homeowner that caused the old seal to fail would not recur, and then the toilet fixture was carefully reinstalled, using all new parts where appropriate. The job was completed as quickly as practicable, but without compromising quality, care or leaving debris behind for us to clean up. In short, Marzano Plumbing offer a level of quality in their work that is seldom matched today, at a fair, reasonable and competitive price. "True Professionalism and Determination!! My local plumber did not feel he had proper equipment to snake the main septic line from house. Worried about baffles. Diagnosed the problem as a “soft blockage” in the main septic line between house and tank. This was the cause of the washing machine stand pipe overflowing with water during drain cycle Septic company recommended Ace Electric Sewer. Paul came out with an assistant and dug up the septic cover to try to snake the blockage with a special blade on the end of the snake. That got some movement of water but not enough Water blasted the line from basement side clean out port which sits above the sump pump hole. That finished the job and water was flowing again. Considered a “sludge blockage” which was probably due to age of house. Never had seen this type of service performed before, but it was truly needed at the end of June 2023 Not the easiest project, fair price, will definitely hire again if needed"
