The techs arrived on time and did the work in the estimated time and for the price quoted. After the techs left I had a question, the owner called me back then was willing to have his techs come back that day, and they were about 20 miles away. The techs also called me back. With the information the tech provided me the issue was resolved and they did not have to return to my home. The problem with me not wanted to force a connection and the tech said that I would not brake it and new receptacles could be a little tight. (Think of your self plugging a cord into an outlet, some are tight and some are loose."
