Said he could have our pool done in 6 weeks, lied, it was scheduled to start in may and end in June, it is now December, and the pool still leaks. He ordered the wrong liner, then, put a hole in it and had to hire another company to patch our new liner. Tried to add charges without us agreeing. When we looked at the contract, it stated that any additional charges will be agreed to in writing. Overcharged us for a $500 Polaris cleaner, stating it was worth $1350. Had to repair the pool frame because the side collapsed, not once, but twice. Put the skimmer near the most heavily trafficked area, did not order permits, and tried to have us pull permits (do not do this. It will be your responsibility if anything goes wrong). After the second payment, he basically stopped working our pool and we would have to text him every day asking what was going on. He was going to use the wrong wire that would have burned out because it was not the proper size. Placed the pool light switch as far away from the house as possible. Poured the step higher than the foundation and now we have water pooling when it rains. This was by far, the most inexperienced contractor I have ever had. He has no business owning a pool company. Avoid at all costs, no matter the savings you think you will get. Run away!"

"Allen out of Topeka should not be trusted. He lacks accountability for his actions and he doesnt seem to mind blaming customers for his short falls. It should never take 6 months to get a door in. Then Mike his manager doesnt seem to want to be bothered to listen to what happened as its a "waste of my time" We were a valued customer for many years to now be treated like this. The Kansas team does care except for Della. She is the only one who tries to get things fixed. So disappointing."

"Terrible! Wish I had gone with another company. Here is the issue with Heavenly Heat. If your sauna arrives damaged or and issue arrives -- they have zero technical support. Your repairs will be done by any "joe" that heavenly heat finds to do the repair in your area. They will have no experience with Sauna's and are given no instructions regarding the chemical free aspect of these sauna's. The worst part is the buyer, me, was treated as if I was the problem for wanting my sauna repaired correctly. I would have refused the delivery had I realized I was receiving a damaged sauna and would have to spend hours and days trying to get this resolved. The owner, Bob Morgan, is extremely responsive before he has your money but after, is a different story. When inquiring about the sauna he would respond generally within 10 minutes. After you purchase, and particularly if you have a problem with it, you are treated as if you're a nuisance. My sister bought a competitors sauna around the same time and the service she received from knowledgable representatives was a world of difference from my experience. My other issue was that there were shipping delays and Bob would never communicate them. I would have to pursue him to get information. I think they make a decent sauna but I would not recommend for reasons stated above."
