"The remodeling specialist, Michael Daddario, was very good providing information about our roof and gutter replacement project. Both the roof replacement team and the gutter replacement team were good at their respective parts and a pleasure to work with. I was informed as to what to expect each step of the way. When deliveries or workers were going to arrive, I received notification ahead of time as to what and when to expect them. They also documented the progress with photos and provided the photos to me. I had other quotes for the work but Roof Right was the best quote and provided more service. We are very pleased with the work and tell anyone who ask how great and professional Roof Right is. Michael, keep up the good work. Hope to have them out again next year for our window and siding project."

"After seeing several water spots on my ceilings, I called two roofing companies to evaluate. One recommended an inexpensive solution for a few minor repairs. Jay from Home Wise recommended a full replacement. After a lengthy discussion to try to understand why the disparity, I went with Jay and full replacement. When my shingles were removed it was just like Jay said - multiple areas of excessive water damage with many pieces of plywood being replaced. The inexpensive repair would have been a complete waste of money. The work went smoothly and I have a beautiful new roof. I highly Recommend Jay and his team. Could not find a better company for your work."

It's been almost 3 months since the installation, and we've had our share of high winds and storms, but things are looking good. Pricing was very reasonable (even better than local competitors), and DWM did not try to upsell us for things that we didn't need. They had an abundant and highly efficient crew, and the supervisors I worked with were extremely knowledgable when it came to answering any roofing questions I had. Even the office staff were a pleasure to work with throughout the project. Would I hire DWM in the future? Absolutely. Mid-Atlantic Gutters & Exteriors were the most professional and they had the best price for the quality of the product installed. "After calling many roofing repair companies and only getting a commitment to drive by and inspect my wind damaged roof within a few days, I called HF Roofing and spoke with Heriberto. He came out to my house within an hour to look at the damage. He quoted me a reasonable price and said that if he was able to find the matching shingle brand and color then he would have a crew out to do the repairs the next day (Sunday). Otherwise, he would have to wait until Monday to purchase the correct shingles to do the repairs. He contacted me on Sunday morning to say that he had the shingles, and the crew came out to my house an hour or two later. I am so happy to have the damage repaired so quickly and in advance of forecasted rain. HF Roofing customer service rates an A+."

"A few weeks ago, I had Arch Exteriors come to my house to assess the condition of a roof replacement I got done recently. They were highly recommended by a friend of mine who had her roof done last year. The roof replacement on my house was performed by a different contractor but a roof leak that occurred during a thunderstorm 3 months after it was replaced made me feel like something wasn’t right. Camden of Arch Exteriors came to my house right on time for the appointment. He was very understanding of the situation and got on my roof to check it out. The roof ended up being a poorly installed roof and Camden went into detail with all the points of concern, taking close up pictures for me to view. He even offered to take me up to the roof and I appreciated how engaging he was to help me understand the situation. Camden was very knowledgeable, being specific about what went wrong with the previous replacement. Camden then did something that was beyond the expectation of a contractor who was stopping by for a free estimate. He took it upon himself to use a roof sealant he had on hand to try to fill all the holes and gaps that the previous contractor left, just to give me a peace of mind for a few weeks while I sort out my finances and figure out a plan to get a second roof replacement done. Although I didn’t end up pursuing a project with Arch Exteriors, I am incredibly grateful for how far this company will go to care for a customer, without expecting anything in return. They even offered some helpful advice on how to handle the situation with the previous contractor. I definitely recommend this company to others and they will be the first business I will contact for any exterior house service I will need in the future."
