Both the roof replacement team and the gutter replacement team were good at their respective parts and a pleasure to work with. I was informed as to what to expect each step of the way. When deliveries or workers were going to arrive, I received notification ahead of time as to what and when to expect them. They also documented the progress with photos and provided the photos to me. I had other quotes for the work but Roof Right was the best quote and provided more service. We are very pleased with the work and tell anyone who ask how great and professional Roof Right is. "After seeing several water spots on my ceilings, I called two roofing companies to evaluate. One recommended an inexpensive solution for a few minor repairs. Jay from Home Wise recommended a full replacement. After a lengthy discussion to try to understand why the disparity, I went with Jay and full replacement. When my shingles were removed it was just like Jay said - multiple areas of excessive water damage with many pieces of plywood being replaced. "We contacted Mid-Atlantic because we had some gutters that were beginning to detach from our house. We had had new gutters installed by another company (same basic design) over 10 years ago. We also had a sun-room added about 6 years ago, which had traditional gutters on it. Mid-Atlantic sent a representative out immediately, and he was able to survey our entire roof-line, identify problems and needed repairs, and give us an estimate on each portion of the proposed work.  He also gave us an estimate for cleaning all of the gutters on our home, explaining why washing them is essential to keeping them working effectively, and giving us instructions for cleaning them ourselves if we wanted to. In the end, we chose to have Mid-Atlantic do all of the work: repairs, new gutters, and cleaning. We felt that the price was extremely reasonable. Our rep arrived for the initial consult early, as did the work-crew on the day they were scheduled to complete the job. They were quick and professional, and cleaned up before leaving. "Interviewed 4 premium companies for removal and replacement of 2+ year old asphalt shingles from a single family home. ARCH Exteriors proved themselves to be head and shoulders above the competition in terms of professionalism, technical expertise and product quality. Unlike all others, we were visited by the Owner (a Select Shingle Master - top 1% of Roofing Business) - instead of sales staff, looking to close a deal before leaving. Sam (Owner) spent considerable time up on the roof, assessing our situation - before coming inside to discuss details. Instead of simply launching into a canned sales presentation of the roofing replacement process, he carefully listened to our objectives and concerns as they related to the tension between warranty assurances and price.
