"Overall, I’m very satisfied with JW Home Improvement. I had a large hole in my ceiling needing repair and painting. The estimator was punctual, efficient, and answered all of my questions. The quality of the repair is great—I can’t tell there was ever a hole there. The only hiccups were with scheduling. The technician first showed up a week earlier than scheduled. Then, he failed to come on the correct date (apparently he had an emergency, but JW failed to inform me). JW customer service was polite and helped me both times, and the third time was the charm. I did have to point out to the technician some places that he missed. Twice. But he was very polite about it, and in the end I’m very happy with the quality."
