"The crew arrived on time (window of noon-5pm). I recently purchased a home, which has a sprinkler system. TLC came out to winterize the system. A two-man team arrived. The person I spoke to was very knowledgeable. More importantly, he very helpfully answered the many questions I had - pointing out to me where the different sprinkler zones were, the settings on the control box, and where the sprinkler heads were and that several would need to be replaced the coming spring. I plan on using them again for spring maintenance and sprinkler head repair (unless I can replace/repair them myself).

"The Estimator was very nice and responded quickly to setup the visit and schedule the work for an old DC home with galvanized piping. The 2 installers (one very nice - Chris) did good work and cleaned up well, but didn't communicate the issues that popped up! This was irritating. They left although there were leaks and sewage coming through the kitchen sink when you turned on the bathroom sink etc. The installers claimed someone was scheduled to come the next morning, but that wasn't true because of the communication issues. Also, they promised a plumber would show up on the same day as the stoppage, but they never showed up or called. They apologized the next day, but my elderly mom still couldn't use her bathroom on the 2nd floor and had to go down to the basement to use the restroom for 5 days. They even mentioned that I had to pay for snaking the pipes although we had no blockage until the installers finished their work. The Estimator got an installer/repair tech Chris Hardesty (2nd Chris in the company) to snake and remove the stoppage (for free how nice) and fix all of the remaining issues. He is a great tech!!! He is the reason I gave an overall rating of a B. He was an "A" but the other service averaged to a "B". Thanks Chris!!! If you don't have an older home, then you should be fine, but if you do good luck with finding out promptly."

High end landscaping, total renovations and remodeling, waterproofing, whatever you need, they do it and not only do they do it, but they’re the Michael Jordan of everything they do! They installed high end artificial turf in my backyard and renovated my detached garage and turned it into an apartment. They removed the garage door, built the exterior block wall, rebuilt the soffits, framed the inside, installed the drywall, flooring, cabinets, countertops, bathrooms, kitchen and waterproofed my basement. Not only did they waterproof it, but they found the leak, fixed it and saved me $35,000 from hiring a company that was supposed to be waterproofing only, that never identified or found the leak.
