I anticipated the highest parts of where the wall meets the ceiling the paint lines might not be perfectly straight. Even managing my expectations... not a single paint line is straight, they are all wavy, at the baseboard, around the door, where the ceiling height is only 8' - not a straight paint line to be found in my kitchen. Jose was very nice, cleaned up when the job was done and seemed to work hard. As far as the actual team that installed my gutters, in all honesty, I would not want them to do further work on my gutters. Minor mistakes were made. They promptly came back to my home to correct them. However, the workers appeared a little insulted and hesitant to do a thorough inspection. I'm still not certain that they thoroughly inspected their work when they returned.
I still give an A++ to Robert Wood and the administrative team though. They were great from start to finish. To date, I've not give the new gutters a thorough and complete examination, because I've not be home when it was raining enough to know for certain. Yet, I trust Robert to send someone back promptly, if I discover any additional seam leakages.
