"Roberto and his team were punctual, responsive communicators, and incredibly hardworking. Our lawn had fallen into serious disrepair after about 3 years of neglect, and the team was able to completely refresh our entire landscape. They dethatched and removed moss, re-seeded and fertilized, edged and pruned and our lawn looks perfect. Strongly recommend."

"We used this company a few years ago and had a good experience. This year they came out and gave us a quote for a lawn program. We paid in advance for the aeration/overseeding and all the fall lawn treatments and then never heard back from the company. After a few weeks we called the business line and the owner/manager's cell phone and he never called us back. We called both more than once and even told the receptionist that we were going to have to cancel the service and ask for a refund and he did not call us back. Finally we cancelled the service and asked for a refund. Now it's probably too late to hire someone else. Very disappointing."

"Turf Unlimited came to our condo association to provide a free estimate to install irrigation to cover the front lawn area and drip system to water bushes and plants in the side and front beds. The estimate included an assessment of Lexington town water PSI to support irrigation, parts list (indoor clock which was easy to program, valves, rotors, MP rotator, drip tubing, and rain sensor), labor to install the system, and after-installation service. <br /> Turf Unlimited was awarded this contract in a competitive bid that included four other service providers (the 6th no bid). They were selected primarily for (1) the use of flexible irrigation pipe to minimize damage to existing lawn and landscaping (one other contractor also bid this approach), (2) price, and (3) product and labor warranty. In retrospect, Turf Unlimited exhibited other significant attributes such as: (4) professionalism and customer care, and (5) after-installation service. While actual installation took a little over four hours, the entire process spanned four weeks (Week 1 or end of May - estimate of work, Week 3 - compliance with City ordnance to dig, and Week 4 or mid-June - installation). I discovered this timeframe kicks off the landscape industry's busy season. My suggestion would be to plan early and schedule irrigation installation no later than mid-May to avoid the rush and to enjoy longer your nicely hydrated landscaping. <br /> In planning for the successful execution of this job on behalf of our condo association, I learned the following: <br /> a. We decided NOT to install a separate meter at a savings of $800 to $1500 for a plumber. However, this requires condo associations to have a strict understanding of how the host condo would be reimbursed. As there is only one other condo in our association, this was not a problem. If you are in a single family dwelling be prepared for a bit of sticker shock regarding your water consumption. <br /> b. The flexible pipe allows for faster installation (over rigid PVC pipes) as they are pulled through under your lawn eliminating the need for deep, open trenches for the rigid pipes. This also means the flexible pipe is closer to the surface, may become exposed hence subject to damage by lawn mowers and such equipment, and if not serviced properly, could be damaged by freezing temperatures. Since we have a lawn mowing company, I included them in the planning of our irrigation system. <br /> c. With flexible pipes, you need a robust warranty and after-installation service, preferably by the installer, as pipes need to be blown out by compressed air at the end of the season and refreshed at the beginning. This could mean a long-term relationship with Turf Unlimited to preclude voiding the 3-year warranty. As they proved to be efficient and professional in scheduling and following through, this became a positive. <br /> In summary, Turf Unlimited exceeded our expectations for product and service and I/we would highly recommend them. <br />"

"I first contacted Arborway Tree Service late last year to have them look at the large Oak tree in my side yard. I wanted to know if the tree was in good condition (I had just moved into the house the year before) or if it would eventually have to be removed. This would have been a large undertaking since the tree is about 40 feet tall, and covers a good part of the yard. They came out and told me that I had a beautiful, healthy Red Oak tree. They did a root fertilization on the tree for the winter. I contacted them again this past summer about pruning the tree. It had a lot of dead wood and had grown over the telephone wires and the roof. I hired them to do the pruning. They came out a couple of weeks ago. They went right to work. They pruned quite a bit of the tree, going up into the tree, walking on branches to reach the areas to be cut, and mulched it all in a wood chipper. I am very happy with the way the tree was pruned and with the way the men just went to work and completed the job. I would definitely use them again. I really like the tree and hope to keep it around for a long time"

"At first it was fine, however, he did not finish the work he was hired to perform. The contractor twice was a No Call/No Show. I stupidly paid him before I had the opportunity to look over the work performed. Reason for this is this contractor stopped by my work place to pick up his check. I trusted what he told me, so I paid him. I should have checked the job beforehand. So this part was my fault. He told me he would come back to complete the job. He scheduled the appointments but was a (twice) "no call/no show" I told him I was disappointed and that he is not an honorable business person. I added I would not be using his services in the future. This sparked some flames with him. He responded to my polite email with verbal assaults, threats against me. He called me several horrible swears. His language was so concerning that I shared it with a couple of co-workers. They were horrified that my polite email got such a horrible and concerning assault. I have tried for two days to get in touch with Angie but have not been able to get any response from my email and contact information submitted on the website. I have waited on hold for "hours" left my call back # twice and still have not had any response. This is my 5th attempt. I am at the point if I should just go to the Atty General's office in NH. Edit: this is a follow-up to my previous review. Adding to my review is Kenny's email he sent to me after I politely asked when he would complete the job. He was paid in full (immediately). I never asked for a discount. The only complaint was he made two appointments to complete the job and was both times, a no call no show. It is unfortunate the words he wrote are completely false. On my part, it is a hard lesson learned. I am going to the Attorney General's office as well as the Better Business Bureau Iv had just about enough of your herasment. I told you 450 for the bark to start with. You cry poor me I threw a yard of rock and labor in for the same price. A yard of rock. Witch I put down. I did the job as contract. You decide to push and rip me of. Just like the leaves under the porch. You told me to get what I could. Then wine because the wind is blowing them. And waste hours of my time on the phone. I hear you talking bad about my company. Because you decide to rip me off. I will sue you. Your the only person that has complained. Out of 800 people in four years. I will come down to the home Depot and tell my side of the story if I hear you had mouthing my company. And will be fired when I sue home Depot for letting you lie about my company. This the other email sent to me. Assholes like you. Make good contractor s not care to be helpful to people. You ruin good contractor s because you are cheap and rip us of scum bag"
