He responded immediately, gave an estimate the next day and completed the work the day after. Very responsive. Nick clearly explained how he would prune our Japanese maple, and worked very efficiently from his bucket (bucket truck) and from the ground to trim it. He also did a beautiful job trimming our two hemlocks. Nick is very engaging and knows his stuff. We were very pleased with NPC3's work , will have them back, and recommend them very highly."
