"I was extremely enthusiastic to hire this pro despite the fact their estimate was significantly higher then the other estimates I got. I was truly impressed with Jose Cabreras presentation of the project and how he will tackle the problem and make it right. I had the understanding that roofing system would cover the gutter system and shingles that were on the roof in bad condition but I had to pay more to get the gutter system installed and even though I had to close one extra day of work and the work continued to be on going for on more day and my bathrooms vent systems do not work after the ceiling tiles change . I was shocked however that the interior work guys replacing the tiles did not cover any of my tables , chairs and other condiments to protect from unbelievable amount of debris and dust making us work three days constantly to clean and it is still work in process!! May be on your next restaurant job you can move it cover properly . Thanks for the work and waiting for the warranty of 10 years"

"It went fantastic! They went above and beyond to get my roof replaced. Not the very cheapest but not the most expensive. Always get 3 estimates and choose one in the middle, right? I have even had other roofing companies say they can get insurance to pay for my roof but were not able to do that, we kept getting denied or only approved for repairs. William was fully transparent, and I could tell he was genuine and honest. He got my ENTIRE metal roof replaced through my homeowners insurance (I did not pay a dime, their inspector even found more things that could be considered storm damage around the house, and got to keep some money) and followed through on all his promises.
