"Our house has an Florida room addition on the back of the house. The Florida room has a flat roof and it has given us trouble since the time that we bought the house 29 years ago. No matter what roofer we hired to repair or replace the roof in the past it has always leaked shortly thereafter. Joe came over to our home, was very professional and he gave us a fair price and a 10 year warranty for the new roof.
