It was HSM piping and heating who called within 15 minutes. A gentleman by the name of Ackeno was asking me many questions, but all along he could hear the concern in my voice of how worried I was. At 8:00 PM. He drove the 45 minutes to my house looked at my situation and assured me all would be well until a new water heater tank was installed. Ackeno was very professional, polite, and most of all honest when it came to what the cost would be, and what he needed to do. Within 24 hours my new tank was installed. The old one was very corroded and had served me well for the 12 years that I had it.
