I have now contacted Power Lifts home base in Texas and they are wanting me to deal directly with the kid who hit my son's car to begin with --- how does any of that make sense? No - that time has expired as I've been too nice and beyond patient up to this point as the car is non-driveable. When you employ someone and they drive your company's vehicles you now become reliable for their actions and damages. It definitely would make me hesitant to ever use a company like this who passes the buck to their employees."

Last month he backed into the drivers side of my son's car - hitting it hard enough into the curb to bend the rear sway bar of the opposite side - but he insists he didn't feel anything.
