"Fox Home was wonderful to work with and proposed creative solutions to many aspects of the work. Chris Fox was extremely patient with my constant questions & graciously considered all my unsolicited 'input'. Provided complete & thorough estimates & brainstormed w me ways to reduce costs. Guided me, but allowed me to make final decisions regarding purchase of fixtures, etc. Responded to and adjusted anything relating to my concerns w the work. ( I am a little disappointed in the quality of he paint job on some of the trim work, but they did their best, I think, to correct the issues without completely starting over on this aspect). Made good or corrected any mistakes or miscalculations made by their subcontractors (I was not pleased w the lighting subcontractor). Obviously committed to quality work and customer satisfaction. Total cost (approx 50,000) included custom cabinets and walnut hardwood throughout so could have been considerably less if I had made less expensive demands in that respect. Carefully went over any price adjustments along the way as well as at the end of the project before I paid. Project did take longer than anticipated as is often the case. I would hire Fox Home Innovations again in a skinny minute! 2 1/2 years later we still LOVE our new space!"

"Arrow Exteriors worked with me to replace my roof and siding after the severe weather we had had with major hail damage and assisted us with making a determination to 'upgrade' the existing product. Ryan was quite informative on the different types, qualities and color options he had and was able to answer all of my questions and concerns. In addition, Ryan worked with us to ensure we had energy efficient windows and doors as well. Easy to work with, very receptive and responsive, did have some timing issues with delivery of siding (about a week late) but Ryan made it right. Ryan made sure to visit each day his crew was here to check on things and ensure we were satisfied with everything as each step was taking place. His staff was polite, friendly and cleaned up after themselves. About a week or so after the work was completed, I had an issue with the sliding glass door not sliding as easy as I thought it would and one of the windows not closing/locking properly. Ryan came directly out to check into it, order the replacement parts needed to resolve the situation. He is a man of his word and I would recommend Arrow exteriors for these services."

This Italian-designed, engineered and manufactured awning is assembled and shipped from RetractableAwnings.com Florida plant, so if you need assistance with the install, you should contact a local handyman, carpenter or contractor.? Ours is a Palermo Plus, 16 ft. wide, with an 11 ft.-10 in. projection.? The Internet salesperson, Eric Scop, V.P., really worked with us to understand all the options and get fabric swatches.? We ultimately selected a combination Rain/Sun sensor and Vibration sensor to automatically retract the awning in case of heavy rain or excessive wind.? I spoke with Rocky, their installation expert, for advice on preparing the ledger board to attach the awning to our vinyl sided home, right below the soffit.? His advice was instrumental in making the install go so well.? Further, the awning arrived already programmed to the Soliris transmitter and the motor limit switches were also set.? It shipped in a fiberboard box (this one was about 17 ft long and 1 ft x 1 ft square, weighing over 200 lbs.), which was extremely tough.? The truck driver ignored the box orientation stickers and used a hand truck to move it from the center, rather than two hand trucks, one at each end, per the clear placarding on the box.? Despite this, it arrived in great shape, other than a couple minor paint scratches, which we will fix with touchup paint they are sending at no charge.? While the enclosed wall brackets were different from those described in the installation manual (an improved design), installing them was no problem. An extra bracket was included, which we also installed as this will be a large ?sail? on the side of the house and we want it to stay there. "Our siding was blown off during the December 2021 horrible wind storm. We tried unsuccessfully to reattach around 4 pieces of siding several times. After the third time we decided to let a professional do the job. Brandon and Heritage Builders took care of our siding problem so quickly and professionally. The communication was excellent, the workmanship was skillful, and the timeliness was quick. We will definitely be using them in the future."

"Warmzone has been very responsive. However, the installers made mistakes installing the system and when they went to correct it, somehow caused damage that made the system inoperable. They had to come back a year later and redo it. Now it works pretty good. Every time I've had questions Warmzone has been very responsive. i would use them again--but use their recommended installers and not my contractors who did it last time. <br /> One caveat: The system doesn't always work perfectly in very cold weather with fast accumulating snow. We have old-fashioned clay brick pavers. Next time I'll send Warmzone a sample of the pavers so that they can test for the power needed to operate the system effectively. <br /> But--they sell a great product and they're very helpful to deal with. They'll get right on the phone with you and troubleshoot, even long after the sale. <br />"
