"Excellent. Mike obviously has a tremendous amount of knowledge about locks, and he explains everything he is doing in detail. But more importantly, he's honest and doesn't overcharge/price-gouge like 95% of the locksmiths you might find by using google/yelp/phonebook. Believe me, I've lived in the city for a while and have had multiple locksmith experiences before Embassy. Mike/Embassy is in a class by itself, and I'm going to keep his number handy for as long as I live in NYC--for myself if I ever need a locksmith, and for any family member/friend who might ever need one, too. Highest recommendation."

"Install went great. We love our new door. The installers took the time to do it right. They removed the original door without making a big mess or just "banging it out" it was removed smartly to not damage anything that was supposed to remain. They then assessed what they had to work with and built up where needed to make the install of the new door as secure as possible. The new door went in smoothly and looks fantastic. Al throughout the install they would answer any question I had or my children had. They also took care to make sure the alarm wires and doorbell cam were protected from harm during the install and that they worked as expected when done. Although they were pricier than the average I am convinced our new door will outlast us in this home. I would recommend them and will use them again."

"Amazing system! Did a lot of research on alarm systems....so glad I went with 1st security! They came to my house and explained everything to me, were not pushy at all. Came and installed the system a few days later....took the time to explain everything to me and did an amazing job with the installation. And the price is excellent, both the installation fee and the month to month. So happy with my decision."

"I called several floor companies to repair my kitchen wooden floor that was not attached to the sub floor and causing the floor to move up and down and they never responded but Mr. Graziano came to inspect the job and was able to come up with a solution to the problem fixing the wooden floor and adding a row of tiles to secure the floor. Mr. Garaziano is a gifted worker and dedicated to his work by making suggestions which will make the job come out perfect. He arrives on time in the morning early ready to give you a full day's work and comes every day until the job is completed. With the paint job he works systematically and very neat. Anyone who hires him will be pleased with the finished work."

"Thank you so much Eli! You have done an excellent job replacing a new basement door lock."

"Highly Recommend! Fast, Affordable Screen Replacement I recently needed my multiple old window screens replaced in brooklyn and I am so glad I found this company. They were fantastic! The price for the new screens was very reasonable â definitely the best quote I got after calling around. Even better, the turnaround time was incredibly fast. It only took a day from the time I placed the order to have the new screens installed. The workers themselves were professional and friendly. They did a great job. Overall, I highly recommend this window company to anyone. They are fast, affordable, and do excellent work!"
