"Hiring Tom and Roger is one of the best decisions I've ever made! I was introduced to Tom and Roger when I discovered a mice problem in my apartment that my building (the handymen, super, and others) tried but was unable to fix. (Tom and Roger were recommended by an architect friend who hired them for his own apartment.) Tom and Roger came in with gusto: they heard my concerns, understood the problem, took it to heart, and treated it like it was their own. They got to work exploring my apartment, leaving no surface or crevice unexplored. They found holes that the building had missed. They sealed everything, even the tiniest holes. They never once played down the problem or disregarded it as something unimportant - rather, they approached it with complete seriousness and even spoke with an exterminator to make sure that they were caring for it to the utmost degree (they even made suggestions like putting all of my dried goods in the fridge as to not leave a single stone unturned that could continue to attract mice).
