The following day they took the old section of fascia to match the color and shape and visually inspected what needed to be repaired. They installed the new piece and completed the job on the third day as scheduled and as quoted. The first time they didn't have a tall enough ladder (my house is unusually tall) and said they'd return the next day to do the job, and sure enough they were back the next day at 9am.
