"We called at 7am and he said he would be here between 8 and 9 and got here at 830. He told us what was wrong and got permission to proceed. When he left he gave us a handwritten receipt for $357. Two days later we received another receipt itemizing all the repairs/work he performed and the materials used. I doubt that I will need him any time soon but I recommend him highly. "I knew that I was going to need very good help with this water heater replacement. The old one was 22 years old and had a lot of sediment in it. Also the location was difficult to get to. Jack sheduled the appointment to fit my schedule. Brad and Mickey arrived promptly and tackled the situation. As expected, the drain was clogged and the tank was way too heavy to lift out without draining. When using air pressure failed, they pulled out a shop vac, jerry-rigged a small hose on the end and slowly suck out enough water to allow the tank to be lifted out. They're one of the best crews I've ever had working for me. I have my mechanic, my electrician, and now I have my plumbers. I'll never use anyone else and I highly recommend them."

For the first few days <br /> after I had a lot of bugs (babies, adults, and everything in between) <br /> still coming out and dying but it slowly got better but we will still <br /> need them to come back out to follow up. I have talked to their office <br /> twice with concerns that we still see some bugs which they agreed <br /> shouldn't have been happening so soon after but due to scheduling <br /> constraints on my side I haven't been able to get them back out but will <br /> have them back out to see if we can try a couple of more options. <br />"
